Extended Area Pleated Filters

The Airex PM-SC MERV 10 pleated filters are available in a wide range of sizes for all commercial, industrial and residential applications. The filter media is a 100% synthetic, electrostatically charged, designed to attract and hold airborne contaminants. The result is a higher efficient filter, 65-70% @ 5-10 micron. Initial resistance of a 2 inch deep filter is .26 W.G. @ 500 FPM. The enclosing frame of the PM-SC is constructed of a rigid, heavy duty moisture resistant beverage board. The support members are an integral part of the frame and are bonded to each pleat on both sides to insure pleat spacing and stability. The filter pack is bonded to the inside periphery of the frame, thus eliminating the possibility of air bypass. The media support grid is available in a heavy expanded wire with an effective open area of not less than 93%. The wire grid is bonded to the filter media to eliminate the possibility of media oscillation and media pull away. UL Approved 217V as to flammability class 2 UL900.

Ultra Efficient Standard Capacity

The Airex 82-R MERV 11 are available in a wide range of sizes for all commercial, industrial and residential applications. This results in a higher efficient filter , 80-85 @ 5 micron and over 90% @ 10 micron without sacrificing airflow. Initial resistance of a 2” deep filter is just .30” w.g. @ 500 FPM. The enclosing frame of the 82-R is constructed of a rigid, heavy duty moisture resistant beverage board. The support members are an integral part of the frame and are bonded to each pleat on both sides to insure pleat spacing and stability. The filter pack is bonded to the inside periphery of the frame, thus eliminating the possibility of air bypass. The media support grid is available in expanded wire with an effective open area of not less than 93%. Super Capacity Pleated Air Filters

The Airex GP100-MERV 13 super capacity pleated filters are available in a wide range of sizes for all commercial, industrial and residential applications. The filter media is a 100% synthetic, electrostatically charged media, designed to attract and hold airborne contaminants. This results in a higher efficient filter meeting LEED green building criteria for minimum efficiency. Initial resistance of a 2” deep filter is just .35” W.G. @ 500 FPM with  an average dust spot efficiency of over 75% based on the ASHRAE 52.2 test standard. The enclosing frame of the GP100 is constructed of a rigid, heavy duty moisture resistant beverage board. The support members are an integral part of the frame and are bonded to each pleat on both sides to insure pleat spacing and stability. The filter pack is bonded to the inside periphery of the frame, thus eliminating the possibility of air bypass. The media support grid is available in expanded wire with an effective open area of not less than 93%. Standard Capacity Pleated Air Filters

The Airex HVPM MERV 10 standard capacity pleated filters are available in a wide range of sizes for all commercial and industrial applications. The difference between our regular pleated filter and a high velocity pleated filter is the thicker gauge wire backing used to support the HVPM. The expanded wire used to support our HVPM is 8 times heavier than the wire that is used on our regular standard pleated filters. The HVPM is designed to operate in higher velocity systems when turbulent air and moisture may also be a factor. The filter media is a 100% synthetic, electrostatically charged, thermally bonded, hydrophobic (moisture repelling), designed to attract and hold airborne contaminants. This results in a higher efficient filter, 70% @ 3-10 micron, without sacrificing airflow. Initial resistance of a 2” deep filter is just .28” w.g. @ 500 FPM. The enclosing frame of the HVPM is constructed of a rigid, heavy duty moisture resistant beverage board. The support members are an integral part of the frame and are bonded to each pleat on both sides to insure pleat spacing and stability. The filter pack is bonded to the inside periphery of the frame, thus eliminating the possibility of air bypass. The media support grid is an expanded wire .665 thick with an effective open area of not less than 90%. UL Approved 217V as to flammability class 2 UL900.

AB Air Bear MERV 11
Replacement Cartridge Air Filters

The Airex AB-11 Air Bear cartridge filters are designed for use with the Trion (Air Bear) air cleaner systems. Simply install the AB-11 in place of the Trion cartridge. No alterations or equipment modifications are required. The filter media is a 100% synthetic, electrostatically charged MERV 11 media, designed to attract and hold airborne contaminants. This results is a higher efficient filter , 80-85% @ 5 micron, without sacrificing airflow. Initial resistance of a 5” deep filter is just .16” w.g. @ 300 FPM. The enclosing frame of the AB-11 is constructed of a rigid, heavy duty moisture resistant beverage board. The support members with fingers are an integral part of the frame and are bonded to each pleat on both sides to insure pleat spacing and stability. The filter pack is bonded to the inside periphery of the frame, thus eliminating the possibility of air bypass. Gaskets have been added for a tight seal into any housing. The media support grid is a heavy expanded wire with an effective open area of not less than 93%. The wire grid is bonded to the filter media to eliminate the possibility of media oscillation and media pull away. UL Approved 217V as to flammability class 2 UL900.
